I bought these mats to put on my dehydrator trays. I use my dehydrator for drying royal icing on sugar cookies and these mats are great for keeping moisture in my cookies while being put in the dehydrator multiple times while decorating. They are easy to wash and are non slip.

These sil mats for dehydrating liquids have been great! I was concerned with them arriving with a potential chemical smell as some reviewers mentioned. Mine arrived with a very minor, "new product" smell, but nothing extreme. I gave them a short soak in hot water, baking soda, and white vinegar before using them the same day.I'm happy with the quality. The silicone is thick and consistent when held up to a light. The edges are rigid and just tall enough for making fruit leathers and dehydrating gravy, bone broth (so far). The bottom is not rigid enough to be self-supporting with a liquid on it; you'll still want to place a solid tray underneath.These are easy to clean post-use, either by hand washing or dishwasher. Mine have not held onto any residual smells as associated with what they were last uses for.

Exactly as described. I will order from this company again!I also ordered the plastic (non-stick silicon sheets. I did have to cut them to size. I would prefer that they were precut.

I wish they were just slightly stiffer (like a silicone baking mat). I use mainly for fruit leather and it sometimes sticks more than the stiff plastic sheets that came with my dehydrator. At the same time, I do like the malleable-ness (new word, lol) of these sheets compared to the stiff plastic ones. I was concerned with the size but these seem to be sized to fit most dehydrators and I had no issue fitting these in mine.If I was in need of more sheets, I would most likely purchase these again.

So I got these to use with my ivation dehydrator. They fit perfectly! I dehydrate and powder home grown pumpkin for my dogs and this was sooooo much nicer then cutting parchment paper! This even dried I'm the same amount of time as if I had used the paper adding zero time to the process!! Fantastic!

These sheets are very flexible and release the food easily. Especially things like leathers.They are easy to use. You will have to use a supporting rack under it while filling. Cleaning is easy as well. The white stuff is because I ran them through the dishwasher last.I've dried lots of different cuisines on them and have not had any staining and no mix of flavors.I dry a lot of backpacking meals (foods which only require boiling water added to them). It can be difficult to remove the dried food from hard plastic sheets.How much does each tray hold? I made some lentil and spinach dal. One and a half cups easily. That's a decent serving.
