This plant arrived wrapped really well to ensure soil did not fall out of the planting pot, and also packed in a way to ensure the temperature did not adversely impact the plant during shipping - since it's winter and freezing in some places, they wrapped it in an insulated foil bubble wrapping. Once carefully unwrapped, the plant was happy to get acclimated to its new home, and has really thrived since. Care instructions are available and I've already had new growth. The plant is healthy and beautiful and I would definitely purchase again.

The packaging of my plant was exceptional, ensuring its safe arrival without any leaf damage during shipping. Its lush and aesthetically pleasing appearance exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this seller and would gladly make future purchases.

I read a lot of reviews about these plants being damaged, over watered, and even dead upon arrival, but decided to pull the trigger anyways. I guess I got lucky, because the plant I received is in near perfect condition. Whoever packed it did an amazing job, so a shout out to them! It's much bigger than I had anticipated (pleasant surprise), and the soil wasn't over watered or soggy. Still damp enough that I didn't have to water it right away, though. A leaf or two got bent/broken in the shipping process, and opening the package was a bit messy (be very careful, y'all) but that's to be expected. Overall, she's a lovely welcomed addition to my collection, and I'm very pleased with this purchase.

The plant came with broken leaves and discoloration, but I am hopeful that it will survive. I have put it in the spot I plan to keep it and will watch it for about a week to see if it starts reviving. Otherwise, I am hopeful I can get a new one.

As you can see, almost every leaf appears to have some kind of damage. One of them is at the point of rotting away at bottom. Delivery was less than 4 days so I doubt all this damage could of been from shipping. It appears that the plant was already in poor condition prior to shipping. It was nicely packed but regardless came looking horrible. The leaves are very flimsy and weak. Waiting to hear back from seller.

The plant was too wet creating a little sauna in this 110 degree weather. I’ve reword saving it a few ways and recently had to cut three pieces off and placed them in water. Overall one piece survived well and is happy in the original container, one piece died and three are currently in water.The first two pictures are immediately after unboxing. The other two pictures are today 7/22/2022. I’ll update in a month or so.Overall, I’d say it’s a good price and the plant was beautiful when I received it besides being overwatered and beat up in transit. If they sent them off drier and wrapped differently it would be perfect.
