If I have sensitive skin and easily get bikini bumps will this help?

I don't think this will affect you any differently than other wax products as far as bikini bumps. If you get bumps from waxing you will get bumps from this. It's very effective and easy to use but I have had issues with it being too sticky to use on the thin skin around my eyes and eyebrows.

How long do you keep it on?

Thank you for your question. Before each use always complete a patch test. Apply a test strip to a small area where product will be used, and follow the basic instructions. Wait 24 hours, if skin appears normal, proceed. Use one wax strip at a time, apply over the hair to be removed in the direction of hair growth and make it adhere by pressing down firmly. Hold the skin with your free hand and with one quick movement, pull the strip off with the other hand.

This product is really good to get rid of unwanted hair on the face, especially upper/lower lip, etc. The strips sit well on the face and the wax is sticky enough.
