Will these blades fit hyper tough tools ?

It's a standard oscillating tool blade. Will for them if they take standard blades

Will this blade cut tile ?

Anything is possible I guess. But these are very low quality blades that tend to dull and disintegrate at every opportunity. I'm not a tile guy but I would think a radial type tile saw would do a better job.

will these blades fit masterforce ?

Not sure, but they fit my Rockwell perfectly...So, if Rockwell blades fit Masterforce, you're in luck! They are very "Universal" in design. Well worth it.
