Easy to drink with my morning coffee, no taste and easy to disolver would recommend. Too early to see changes or benefits, will continue to drink for a few months and update this review.

This is a spendy product, but I highly recommend it. I put it in my water (with a little flavoring of my choice) and I can't even taste it. It effectively adds a lot of protein to my day without much effort. It mixes well, no clumpy yuck on the bottom, as long as I use a shaker bottle.
