Great OEM Filter
I have four VW automobiles, and I always use filters by the OEM manufacturers (usually Mann or Mahle). This filter is a very, very precise fit for my 2012 TDI Passat. In fact the fit is so precise that it takes some determination to remove the old filter from the filter canister holder! That gives me a lot of confidence that the oil will not "leak" around the filter within the canister.
