Yes, you do really need it
This is simply the cutest thing ever. It’s so soft and my baby doesn’t mind wearing it at all. So adjustable for size! And has already protected us from a couple bumps.Even if it doesn’t necessarily protect them, the absolute best, it’s pretty cute to watch them wear it

Haven't had a chance to use it yet but it is soft and plushy, and it looks like it'll do the job its ment for. From what I have observed it looks like it's really easy to use and protect my baby girl. Totally worth the money especially since it comes with knee pads.

Lifesaver
I was a little weary after reading the reviews but this product is amazing and has saved my little ones head a handful of times! The knee pads it comes with were an unexpected bonus and really help my baby from slipping on the hardwood floors! We have been using this product duo daily with no issues. I highly recommend for your little one.

Knee pads are small if you have a juicy baby!
I love the head protector, it’s light and cute!I actually was worried that my son will take off the protector ( as he does with anything around his neckline or on his head) but he doesn’t mind it which means it’s not bothering him.I gave this product 4stars because of the knee pads which rolled down after a minute ( I have 99 percentile baby) and I don’t want to return it, so I will end up not using the knee pads at all.So if you have a juicy baby like me then I recommend the head protector but not the knee pads!

Great invention
Little dude still needs to strengthen his balance standing and sitting; also falls back when he doesn’t like something and bumps his head on the hardwood floors. This gives me a peace of mind and prevents his head from hitting the floors. Great invention, pretty easy to put on.

Unable to lift head with this while crawling
I have an 8-month-old that is pulling himself up on things and shimmying side to side on those things. This product is a great for those falls, but it makes crawling for him very frustrating. He is unable to lift his head up when crawling. Because of this, we could not keep using this.
