Ceiling Mount for Punching Bags for All Different Bag Weights from 140lbs - 260lbs

Hi, I just installed my mount in under 20 minutes. I had a typical single bracket heavy bag mount and man it swayed, squeaked and damaged the finished ceiling. I unfortunately realized, you get what you pay for...I then researched and came across your product. I was skeptical at first, a little gun shy because I did not know if it would work. I bit the bullet and purchased it and DAMN, it actually works as advertised. It reduced the shaking on the first floor, reduced the noise generated, eliminated any sway on the bracket. I can now punch the bag full power and not be scared that the bag or ceiling beam will be damaged. The fact that it is supported by 2 beams in the ceiling and the included shocks makes a world of difference. I will get some great use out of it without damaging my finished gym ceiling. Final thought is stay away from cheap substitutes, get a quality product and train at a 100% with no worries. I have video of it in use and the noise and vibration are greatly reduced making this mount a MUST HAVE ITEM. The rattling is gone and the vibrations on the second floor have disappeared.

only used for a month so far. slight squeaking sound from the plastic at the connection point. feels sturdy. since i have never installed a punching bag before i can't compare it to anything. but the metal mount looks strong enough to handle the 100 lb ringside bag.

Awsome mount, really works well installed under my garage support beam and the noise doesnt travel between floors when in use...my only problem is that it didnt come with yellow extensions or swivel ring or chain hardware that is shown in product pictures
