Sadly, all the negative reviews are true. When I first received the controller, when I saw the box, I immediately knew I was going to regret buying it. Upon opening it, I was actually surprised how well the controller was built. Very comfortable, made of good materials, customizable, etc. Then I played with it. The d pad frequently missed button pushes. Not good, but ok, I dobt use the d-pad a lot. Got a game going and it was exactly what others were saying, but I would describe it differently. The right stick doesn't have a "dead zone" like other people were describing, it was just insanely sensitive. You can make small adjustments with the right stick if you're careful, but there is very little room between a small adjustment and full right stick. It makes it very hard to aim for headshots, especially if a target is trying to avoid being shot. In black ops cold war, changing aim response curve to "linear" helped out slightly, but not every game is going to have this option. I also think I could potentially get a right stick that is longer so small movements wouldn't move the stick as much, but im not sure if I want tondump more money into a controller that I'm not satisfied with out of the box.Shame, I really wanted to like it. But the right stick really makes it nearly impossible to play.

It is a super cool remote. Only issue is the joysticks come off way too easily.

This product right out the box felt like a solid unit. Couldn’t really complain about. But however after assembling it and place the paddles on and swapping out the arrow keys I noticed right away that this were not right now. First paddles are very loose and almost seem like them are going to fall they have a lot of play with up and down motion. I feel this would not be to my advantage when playing fast paced games. Same thing with the other arrow keys that it comes with they feelLike stick and move a lot over the controller. At this point I am going to stick with normal style arrow keys and take the paddles off. So in conclusion overall product does feel like a solid regular controller. The joys have a great feel and to them and overall nice texture but however the mods need work to make it more functional.

The media could not be loaded. didn't even have this for 24hr and its Not worth the money at all, DONT by this controller. Aside from the ripped up packaging. It has very sensitive sticks and it sounds very cheap. Kinda cool features but just a very touchy and janky feeling. Box came rattling with a big mark on the front and the extra pieces were in the bottom of the box. FOR ABOUT THE SAME PRICE JUST GET A DUALSHOCK 4 FROM PLAYSTATION. It's way more reliable
