OXO Good Grips Etched Medium Grater, Yellow

Phantastische Reibe für Knoblauchzehen und Ingwer. Diese Reibe hat den großen Vorteil, dass sie etwas „gebogen“ ist. So kann sie auf dem Küchenbrett liegen, während man den Ingwer reibt. Das ist echt viel entspannter, als mit anderen Reiben.

Initially thought the product was expensive compared to other makes but having used it several times, it’s clearly superior. It’s wider, sharper and more sturdy which enables a better grate and less chance of a possible injury. Many OXO products have a sure grip handle to prevent slip or accidents

La grattugia è molto carina esteticamente, indubbiamente un prodotto di qualità e design; è solida, il materiale è ottimo ed è comoda da utilizzare; ha un manico in gomma che si tiene bene durante l’uso e non scivola. Intorno è rifinita con una plastica rigida di un giallo lucido e nella parte inferiore ha un rinforzo in gomma nera che consente di appoggiarla sul piatto senza farla scivolare durante l’utilizzo. Le lamette sulla superficie sono molto affiliate e grattugiano con facilità anche formaggi molto stagionati, carote o cioccolata; bisogna però stare un po’ attenti a non tagliarsi, soprattutto quando si grattugiano pezzi piccoli. L’unica cosa da tenere presente è che il taglio non è sottilissimo e il formaggio viene grattugiato in piccoli fili. Nel complesso comunque un’ottima grattugia che ricomprerei.
