Are the folding extra tools easy to open?

The built in Philips driver is used with an attachment for the optional drivers, as well as has to be opened to unlock the scissors attachment that's built in. It requires strong fingernails in my opinion to open, though about average dexterity. There's not enough room to open that part of the tool without fingernails. How hard it is to open in my opinion will depend on nail strength as such. You could use a US penny or dime to open that part if you didn't wish to use your fingernails as well.

Is the kirf of the saw wider than the width of the blade?
