This is the best small business 4 line phone with cordless headsets. I own 2 salons, and I need 1 base for the receptionist, and cordless phones for others to answer the phone. We are very busy, and we don't sit at desks, so it is ideal that we have cordless phones all over the salon, so the phone doesn't go unanswered. You can have up to 4 cordless phones for 1 base, all other 4 line phones, you have to have a base for 1 cordless phone. Also, the cordless phone has a hold feature, that other brands don't have. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT !!! Ideal for salons, and non-desk businesses. Easy set up, despite that I have one at my other salon, the first time I got it, I was dialed in in 10 minutes... You can't go wrong with this system. AT&T knows what people want!

The phone isn't perfect and I wish I could buy just the base phone without the extension but the price of only the base was absolutely ridiculously priced so I went with the set. Yes the buttons are hard to press and I end up having to hang up a lot and start again. No big deal after you get used to it. Needs better features for businesses though. I feel this is slightly better than the average phone but I can't afford the highest end business phones.

I have had this phone system for about 3 years. The most important reason I got it is because of the plethora of annoying robo calls. I only have one live phone line. The auto attendant mode silently answers the call and prompts the caller to enter an extension of the department they want to speak to. Robos can't get past this step and it has been blissful. It takes a little while to learn all of the features. It was particular difficult to find out how to dial in for messages left on an extensions. My mistake was thinking that the base unit manual, which does cover aspects of the wireless extensions, had all of those details, but it was found only in the manual for the extension (as far as I can recall). I thought it could have been more user friendly, which is why I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars.

I had bought another expensive phone system the week before and was very disappointed that it didn't come with a simple headset jack (guess I should have read the specs better). But this system is awesome. It has voicemail for different lines and calls can be routed to individual handsets. That allows my work calls to stay in my office and my kids calls to go straight to their room. All on the same system. Highly recommend.

It has its quirks but overall its the only phone I was able to find that has the functions I require so I keep buying them.
