East, tasty recipes. A highly effective way to shift unwanted weight
Fantastic cook book. Wonderful recipes that help to more easily stick with the Fast 800 program. I loved every TV program and every book either Dr. Claire Bailey or Dr. Michael Mosley put out. I was devastated when I heard of Dr. Mosley’s untimely death. He was truly an amazing person, imparting important and valuable information with a twinkle in his eye and a lovely sense of humor. I highly recommend this book. The Fast 800 works.

💗Plant based! 💗
I was so excited to see this easy, fast 800 recipe book which claims to have a good amount of plant based recipes! And the recipes exclude sweeteners, so we don’t get messed up with crazy cravings & hunger while limiting calories. I’m going thru & tabbing so many recipes to try out. I’m pumped!

Staying healthier by cooking healthier.
It was easy to read. The recipe's were easy to follow and weren't labor intensive.

Easy, fast and delicious recipes
I really liked the low calorie but satisfying and filling recipes in this book. Looking forward to preparing and enjoying so many of them.

Some recipes are very odd. I doubt I will use the book much.

Cookbook Deserves it's High Rating - Fabulous!
I LOVE this cookbook and deserves the praise and none of the poor reviews about the UK Measurements - it's easy to figure out the conversions. AND, the recipes really are quick and delicious - the Courgette Spaghetti is brilliant! Very easy to understand with calories, servings and other nutritional information at the top of the pages which is one of the favorite parts of the book, plus the index that is sorted by the number of calories. I bought other recipe books at the same time to prep for hopefully new live style of eating and none of the others even come close in quality and ease of using.

Great book if you're into starving yourself
The recipes give you no sense of satiety. You basically just go hungry and lose weight. Save yourself the money and just go hungry most days by restricting your calories to just 800 or less.

Be ready to CONVERT EVERYTHING!
Buyers should be aware that these recipes are created from common British menu items and no attempt is made to alter/include/explain the major differences in food names, measurements (all metric), or menus. I simply don't have the time or desire to learn how to eat and cook again, especially when I don't have access to many of the ingredients, or the desire for most of the food!
