Ordered the Wrong Part
My husband failed to read the specs, and didn't realize this is for Samsung Galaxy S8 AT&T model. We got ours from T-Mobile so as you can see they're not exactly identical in size, shape, or design.Our consolation is it didn't cost much and it came with a repair kit, hence the three stars.

Product came damaged and was clearly used and taken off an old phone
Old charging port from a used phone came broken with the pins already damaged

Mostly worked
My charging port was broken, which of course this would fix. Unfortunately, this is a second-hand piece, and the connector for the headphone jack was broken. Luckily I never use that, so it wasn't an issue for me. I just put a piece of tape over it. The tools worked perfectly, though!

The suction cup is useless, will need another. Otherwise, phone is fixed and works great
Product itself works great, tools it comes with are low quality and the suction cup is completely useless. Was able to make the tools work except for the suction cup. Had to find a different one

The flex port did not fit the Sam s8.
