Will this fit my 2010 jeep grand cherokee laredo 3.7l, v6? it says it's an 18psi but i thought my old one said 16psi. don't want to mess something up.

I can’t get the cap to come off now, no matter how I lift the lever and twist. What can I do?

Once vehicle temp has lowred to a safe level, lift the lever to release pressure. You then must press down on the cap and rotate it. It will not turn unless force is use in a downward fashion, kind of like opening a pill bottle.

I've been using this cap for a few months now. No leaks or issues thus far. Knowing that the pressure has been safely released from the system is such a wonderful feeling. I don't have to wait for the vehicle to cool down 100% completely before I remove the cap as well. It's so intriguing to me why these don't come stock on all vehicles (at least I know for sure they don't on Jeeps).
