We only roast to order, no pre-roasted coffee, every batch is roasted only when you place the order. We have a default roast level for each coffee origin. However, you may request a custom roast by messaging us immediately after checkout; we reply with confirmation. Choose from 8 profiles. Blonde-very light roast finished beginning of 1rst crack, very light flavor profile. Light- nice light roast finished midway through 1rst crack, bright acidity, pleasing light roast taste. City- more developed light roast finished at end of 1rst crack, sweeter taste, brighter acidity, still has light taste with deeper complexity. Medium- beautiful medium roast finished midway between 1rst-2nd crack, sweetest taste, deep complexity. Full City- more developed than medium but before 2nd crack begins, stronger vibrancy. Espresso- beginning of 2nd crack just entering dark roast realm. Italian- dark oily just past 2nd crack, full dark roast taste. Heavy French- extremely dark oily, intense smokiness. Order today.
