Hollywood legends Rock Hudson and Doris Day light up the screen in the Academy Award-winning romantic comedy Pillow Talk. When uptight interior decorator Jan Morrow (Day) is forced to share a telephone party line with carefree playboy Brad Allen (Hudson), there is no connection between them. However, when the two accidentally meet in person, sparks fly and the smitten Brad pretends to be a wealthy Texan, wooing Jan with late-night calls. Great movie!
This one of the first movies done in color. I love Doris Day and Rock Hudson in this. The fashion by Givenchy is wonderful, as well as a look at NYC from several decades ago. But it is the script and the old fashion RomCom- that makes this so special. My favorite movie individually for both Doris Day and Rock Hudson. And they are wonderful as a couple.

Picture is Great
They made this old film look great! A lot of them haven’t looked the best on my big screen, but this is pretty sharp. It’s also packaged nicely.

Classic Favorite!!!
Even though I’ve seen this classic movie on the TCM channel, it’s still one of my favorite movies of all times!!! It was one of the greatest hits of that era and it’s a shame they don’t make movies like these anymore. It’s funny, sweet, and romantic especially with Doris Day singing in the bar/restaurant or when she & Rock Hudson we’re driving in the highway on the way to a cabin while Doris Day sings ‘Possess Me’ in the background!?? Or when she cried all 80 miles from an cabin in Connecticut to New York after she found out that Rock Hudson’s character isn’t what she expected?!? Funny scene 😂😂😂😂!

Funny
Not the best movie but it’s funny. Lots of references to Rock Hudson’s being gay that no one picked up on back in the day.
