We've ordered many of these for various repairs. Parts from this seller often arrive damaged, DOA, or only partially functional. Some come with mounts broken in the box, while others come with cameras with cracked or otherwise damaged lenses/sensors. They are at least DJI parts, but they're not protected well enough for amazon's rough handling.Seller issues returns quickly, but even the replacement will often be deflective/damaged as well.(programming is no the issue, the 20% that aren't useless out of the box program via DJI toolkit perfectly and run well)

Camera quality is good but when recording video to an sd card it does not work, only photos, the gimbal also doesnt want to angle up sometimes

I finally put my camera on and it would allow me to fly but would say that the fumble was incompatible. Then turn to the side

Product installed as expected however needs to be programmed by an outside source. Product is useless and would like to return.

You have to have DJI do something with it to work properly.Wasted a bunch of money for nothing.

Jason at Wrecktech718.com was able to install the gimbal and the correct software to complete the job!apparently you need a special dji software update when installing a new gimbal.very happy with their work and highly recommend WreckTech!thank you jason
