Recommended, would purchase again.
I suffer from pretty bad tennis elbow. I do a lot of obstacle course work (spartan race), as well as resistance training and other physical activities. I feel these sleeves work as well or better than any other on the market. They do not completely alleviate the issue, but they do help quite a bit. Some others have complained about them being too tight. I found the sizing recommended by the manufacturer to be just right. They're as tight as they can be without making it terribly difficult to put on and take off. This is what you want in a compression sleeve. I don't find them uncomfortable. I also like the elastic band that wraps around to allow me to add additional compression.

if you have large biceps beware, may need to go a size up
My forearm size was right in the middle of the size that I chose. That part fits great. The only problem was that I am very athletic and my bicep and upper arm are too large for size sleeve that I am sized for. It does the job, and gets great compression of the forearm, but it tends to slide down off my bicep onto my elbow. Its not the products fault, the sleeve compresses exactly like it is supposed to. The only improvement I could think of that would make this brace better is that the upper arm portion was not as long or the sleeve itself was more stretchy or elastic to fit over my upper arm.

Fantastic product - pain reduced
I am very happy with this product, at first I thought it was too small, but stretching it is recommended and does work. I have reduced pain in my elbow after four rounds and will continue to use it for my golfing. I had a neoprene one in the past, but I would rank this a real "medical device" because of it's total effectiveness. Maybe others work just as well, but this one was comfortable and did not inhibit my swing

Was expecting more support
Opted for this brace over others that were significantly less expensive. Was expecting more pain relief and more support. Very minimal improvement after almost 2 weeks of use. Maybe it is doing what it is designed to do, but with this being first elbow injury, nothing to compare to and expected more.

So far best brace for tennis elbow for me
Have pretty severe tennis elbow pain that lasts a few days at a time because of current job and age. Based on the reviews, I tried other products but found them uncomfortable and itchy I think due to stitching. I got one size bigger than recommended and find the brace moves a bit after an hour or two but it's much more comfortable and tolerable. Rather than the stitching going around the arm like the other braces I tried, the stitching is along the arm. Although in either types of braces I see a temporary mark from the stitching, I feel I'm not compelled to move this brace as much because of the pressure/itching.I've been washing the brace weekly and have had no problems with the gel insert in the dryer at the low temperature setting.

It works. Provides great
Could be a little bit better quality material for the price. Specially compared to relative items on amazon. But it works really good so I gotta give it a review and then four stars. I’m really happy with it. I can actually do pull-ups and curl the way I want to with like minimal pain. I don’t expect to put something on and it be a cure all. But the amount of relief I actually get from this thing is pretty sweet. I’m going to take a few weeks off my workout routine and wear this constantly. Hope this helps anyone shopping.Update 12/22/2020Wore this thing for like 6 months straight. Took some time off like I said and then came back light, and wore it religiously. Now I’m to the point where I don’t have to wear it. I obviously researched some PT routines for wrist and arm mobility. All of his combined. I’m back to normal. I highly recommend it. It’s been this long and it’s still ion decent shape too

Only style that works for me. Fantastic quality!
I get tennis elbow in both arms from my job. I bought the 4 top rated arm bands over time, but they didn't work very well for me. I went to the doctor and he told me a sleeve type band with pressure spot in the top of forearm would be better. I bought the Bioskin and used it everyday at work for a while. This brand and style works well for me. I now have 2 at work and 2 at home. And a pile of other brands that don't work for me in a sock drawer. Bioskin has been the best quality also. Very well made!

Not very effective
I wanted to love this because it is super soft and comfortable but doesn’t really do anything. The pad isn’t quite thick enough to put enough pressure. Also it does stretch out a little bit.
