Using it for a garbage drain in the kitchen sink.
It's the right size to keep in the sink as a drain for dishes and pots with debris. Cleans well and withstands a few whacks to empty.

I got this to reduce material down to almost black sand and then use the Blue Bowl tto recover the gold. And it worked very well.

It is small.
It works for my final cleanup in panning for gold. It is very small, even smaller than I thought. But it works and seems well made for cheap plastic. AGAIN... THIS IS SMALL ;)

Prospecting Pan
Purchased this to separate reloading brass from steel pins out of my rotary tumbler. Saves a step and avoids having to transfer from bucket sieve. Just dump the water cleaning solution down the drain, then refresh and tumble again until it comes out clean. Bought the 50 hole per sq inch model for my purposes as was recommended by another reviewer. Good quality and would recommend for similar purposes.

Great for filtering meal worms
I bought this expressly for sorting meal worms from the substrate. It works just as I needed. The dimensions are not the inside but the outside as shown. Would buy again.
