Ab Exercise Mat - Sit Up Pad - Abdominal & Core Trainer Mat for Full Range of Motion Ab Workouts

I got this specifically for the purpose of having something comfortably to sit on while doing crunches, easily moveable, And sturdy. So far so good! I busted my tailbone when I was little and it now protrudes making it very difficult to do sit ups or other seated exercises especially ones I have to lean back like Russian twists or v sits and such. This feels good! And I like that it has the c shape scoop to help with form I find my back and hips don’t get tweaked when doing exercises All in all very good! I’ve gotten mats before that folks and they within months completely tore open at the seams! I’m hoping this does not do that! It looks to be holding up well and is small enough I can move it on and off the mat I’m using to workout on!

I like the exercise mat but I wish I would've ordered the one with that has the extension for additional back support. It's a compact design which I really like and it has enough cushion for my taste. I've noticed I have to position myself just right in order to feel it working when I'm doing my sit-ups or reverse crunches. No issues with stitching that others have mentioned but mine came with a not-too-noticeable tear in the fabric right on the top. It's not a deal breaker for me because this will allow the cushion to ventilate and also not be stretched too taut. Others have complained they find this mat too big but speaking as a guy with an average build I think it's a little on the small side. I'm pleased with the quality and overall construction.

Makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE for tailbone comfort vs just on the rug. Folds to a compact footprint. Very happy and I'm able to do more situps.

Excelente producto

I live this freaking thing. As a 60 year old I need the extra extension to attack the lowest 1/4th of my abs. Not only that, but the padding keeps me from chafing and getting that sore on the tailbone. AND it keeps me from sliding around. This thing feels great and getting that sore on my back ended up being a godsend cause this thing is awesome for the back, abs and spine.
