Quality USA Made Product
Although the webpage doesn't state it, this is a "Temptress" branded inspection port. Temptress products have been around for30+ years and it shows in the quality, Nice heavy molding and the lid screws on and off smoothly. A bit more expensive than the Chinese stuff but well worth the extra dollar or two.

Extra "lip" on the mounting flange.
The design if the deck plate appears to be flawed. An extra "lip" on the mounting flange will prevent it from mounting flush to the surface and/or to the cutout wall. So I am confused about the proper installation procedure as this seems to be a design flaw.

Its 8 inches inner diameter, 10 inches total diameter. It says 2 pieces, but only comes with 1 hatch (which consists of 2 pieces)

perfect size for replacing Tasar sailing dinghy access ports. I simply drum sanded out the old opening a bit and these slid right in, using the old access port collar without drilling out the old rivets. Bit of silicone, some self tapping short SS screws through the new and old collars and watertight once again. Nice quality material as well.

Represented to have interior opening of 6" BUT less then 5.75"---cricial for my application---so I had to return. I guess would be fine where the exact size is not crucial.
