Deep Outlet Box
Worked great for me! I used this to replace an old basic outlet with a new one that has a USB A and C port which made the outlet much deeper so I needed a deeper box to accommodate. This one is about 3.5 inches deep with plenty of knockouts and places to install screws to hold down your wires or ground to the metal box itself. I wish it came with a screw for that but not a big deal. Would buy again!

UL Certified
These boxes are UL Certified and they have a spot for a grounding screw. As with many electrical boxes, you have to buy the grounded screw separately. The stamp is on the inside back plate.

Very very deep
Count the cost. These are very very deep. You will not be able to get a lock nut on, they won't fit in a standard stud wall.

Misunderstood dimensions posted
This very heavy metallic piece of box, very durable at lowest cost. My project won't allowed because of it's posted dimensions were outside the box. My assumption was it's inside the box dimensions. Be aware before you buy. I know how to fix it, so I expand its sizes all across to make it useful rather returning. Again, make sure its marked sizes are not from inside the box. Thanks

Good value for money
Worked great, but missing some pieces that normally come in electrical boxes, like a ground screw at the back, or the ability to lock 14/2 household wire into the box so it does not move once the wires are connected to the switch inside. But despite this, fits a 3 1/2 inch wall perfectly, so plenty deep for bigger switches like dimmers that don't fit in normal size boxes. Shipped very fast too. Thanks,
