Good backup computer
It is an old computer but cleaned inside very good. Purchased for as backup computer. Windows 11 installed and easy step by step instructions to activate without difficulties. Runs very good and fast and quiet, so far no running issue. Wi-Fi /BT usb adapters included but the speed some slow - you can use better your own. Good purchase. Thanks.

Great Deal as a Zoneminder Server
I recently purchased a used, reconditioned Dell Optiplex 9020 Small Form Factor Desktop with Intel Core i7-4770 from Amazon. The reconditioning took place in a plant in Canada. I am very pleased with the performance of this computer and the ease of setup. I chose this system from Amazon after comparing it with other refurbishers because of Prime shipping. I had been running Zoneminder on a Raspberry Pi 4 to process the video from 4 cameras and store the footage on a 6 TB external Hard drive. That system struggled and I finally decided to upgrade. The newest Raspberry Pi seemed expensive, so I decided to look at used Intel boxes. I found this system on Amazon for less than the cost of a Pi and with a free keyboard and mouse. Seemed a great bargain. When the system arrived, it had Windows 10 Pro installed. I did not want to destroy that. I was able to shrink the partition on the 1 TB hard drive and install Debian as a dual boot operating system. The process was made easier by the fact that the drive came formatted using the GUID partition table (GPT). I installed Grub to manage the boot process, which was a breeze after I figured out that I needed to change the BIOS boot process from Legacy mode. I was able to connect the same external hard drive that I had used with the Pi to one of the USB 3 ports and it mounted without fuss under Debian. The system comes with both HDMI and Display Port video but sans cables. I had a spare Display Port on my monitor, so I bought a cable (one-day delivery) from Amazon, and I was up and running. After initial configuration I mostly log into the system with Putty, so I hardly use the monitor. But I did want sound capability. I purchased a cheap USB speaker, and it works great. My total investment was still less than the Pi and it runs circles around it. Rather than use the USB mouse that came with my purchase, I used the built-in Bluetooth to connect my Logitech MX master. Once again, no problems whatsoever, one less cable to mess with. I am using both the WiFi card, built-in and the 1GB ethernet port. The drivers for Debian installed by default for both. I didn’t have to hunt for anything, plug-and-play! I love the size of this thing. You can see it in my picture beside my full-size desktop system. The external Hard Drive (purchased separately) is sitting on top of it. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable computer that is easy to install Debian Unix on.

Beware they do not refurbish or install new OS, I got Walmart locked portal was never tested
This was a terrible experience because I invested far more time getting no where than the computer cost. My 95 yo mom needed a replacement computer to surf web. send emails, watch youtube, this claimed "refurbished" unit claimed to have a "fresh" Win 10 Pro install. 1) The computer did not have any documentation or paper work in box. 2) I kept getting walmart page asking for my walmart employee email or security code. 3) I typed in the various service codes on back the Dell with no success. 4) I bought a 3 year warranty from Asurion. I spent a lot of time with 3 different techs trying to do a master reset. One Asurion tech told me to buy USB flash drives over 16 Gig I did and the other two techs stated they did not know why I needed those USB drives, I told them they were going to help me download some updated win 10 pro software according to them, the next 2 techs said that's not true it can't happen they don't have that capability. 5) Asurion forwarded my call to Dell. Dell told me I need to buy a service agreement from them so i hung up and called Asurion back. 6) USTecno was the seller and Hitech Bay Inc, Scarborough Ontario claimed to have refurbished it and shipped it. I called these people a number of times and kept getting hung up on so I went to website and sent message. I never heard back from them. 7) I called Back Asurion, the tech told me it means Walmart had locked out the ability to reset software and obviously the refurbisher never updated software like advertised or tested it. Basically junk from Walmart that was unusable was shipped to Hitech, they didn't do anything and shipped the junk to me. 8) I have to send the junk back now. 9) I have an enormous amount of time and frustration with this experience, the lies, the hassle, no service. 9) Amazon was great in giving me a refund! 10) Bad experience all the way around, I guess I should have known better.

Happy with the Desktop, so far -- can't say much about the rest...
Well, i bought this for the Desktop itself -- I didn't have any issues with setting this up, pretty much good experience right out of the box in terms of it working, setting up Windows -- but, right off the bat, the mouse that was included didn't work well at all, so much so that going thru the install would've been very difficult. Luckily, I still have an existing mouse, so I'm using that. After having this computer for a little over a week, I can tell the keyboard that came with it is poor quality -- already issues with sticking keys, keys not registering, very poor feel to it -- so, i'll be switching that out soon. Again, I bought it for the computer itself, which came ready to go, clean, no aesthetic issues, and a week in, works like a charm. It was worth the money for that, but if i could've choosen w/o the mouse & keys, for less $$$, given what I know now, I would've. Now i just got more electronic garbage to do away with.

Great product and excellent value! Up until it failed.
I seriously questioned buying a "refurbished" computer. Decided on what I wanted, configured it as I desired, and ordered it. It arrived as scheduled, well packed, and ready to run. The outside looks new! This thing is lightning fast and was easy to configure to my personal needs. I'm running Windows 10 Pro. I use a 24" DELL monitor, HP wireless keyboard, and Logitech wireless mouse, and a wired ETHERNET connection. I would highly recommend this product and especially the company that provided the refurbished product. A 10 in my book! Bob, K4TAX The original unit worked from 11/11/22 until 01/15/25. Worked flawlessly. Sat down at the desk and noticed it was off. Pressed the power button, no response. Pressed the reset button on the back and the fans came up to high speed, green LED in power supply came on. Released the reset button, fans stopped, green LED in power supply went off. No other response. Disconnected all cables and tried again. No response so I figured a PS failure. Ordered a new PS. Installed same. Computer still dead, same response as earlier. It worked flawless for 2 years and 2 months. Ordered another computer. Hopefully it will last longer. I will be contacting the company that refurbished the original unit and see if they have any remediation. Bob, K4TAX

Great Rebuilt Dell Computer and Company
I purchased this Dell Optiplex 9020 Small Form Factor Desktop with Intel Core i7-4770 Upto 3.9GHz, HD Graphics from SkyTech USA LLC, March 2023. In the two years and 7 months I've owned this refurbished unit it only had two issues. Both times I received an error message that the rear fan wasn't working, yet after rebooting the unit worked fine on both occasions. This unit was supper quiet. I'd plan to buy again. The unit is fine but the Windows 10 operating system no longer offers support. So I'm looking for another unit.

Like New!
Right out of the box I couldn't find any defects. The computer looks brand new inside and out. No chips, no scratches and no dust or smugs inside or out. Setting it up was quick and easy. I ordered a DisplayPort to DVI adapter at the same time and the video feed to my old Acer DVI monitor is awesome. The HD audio output by-amped to my full sized Altec Lansing speakers is excellent also. I've spent a few days checking it out and everything functions correctly, and the system is very quick. I bought this because my old computer finally up and died on me and like a bad boy it wasn't backed up. I pulled the hard drive from my old computer and set it up so I could access it through a USB port and I commenced chasing down pictures and saved files. Needless to say I spent a lot of time digging. I was able to find most of the stuff I really wanted. Through it all the little Dell just whizzed a long with no complaints. For the price it is simply awesome, and you just can't beat it. As far as I'm concerned, it's a real mega steal. Bye the way, this computer has feet on both the long side and the end so you can use it either way. I find the DVD drive much easier to access with it on its side.

Worked for a while - Corrupt OS
Purchased one last year. It worked great. Now I have a boot error. I ran the diagnostics and harddrive is OK. It seems the Operating system is corrupt and not bootable. Looking for a new Win 11 installer with an activiation key to get back to business
