This is the first time I’ve purchased this cream and it has a very strong, strange odor. Is this normal?

The Epaderm Cream has a very strong odor. It contains Parrafin & alcohol so consult your physician before using. Also, there is a "Fire Hazard" warning label on the bottle that stating that if this product dries on clothes or bedding, they can become flammable.

Is it the same product as the Eparderm Cream(50g)? Not sure why it says 2in1 here?

I believe it is the same, just in a bigger container. The two in one refers to the ability tonuse it as a soap substitute and a moisturizer.

Does this contain any medicine, drugs or steroids?

I’m a customer. As far as I know it doesn’t contain medicine/steroids etc. It’s an emollient. We use it for washing instead of soap. It’s like a lotion that doesn’t lather. Our kids who are prone to eczema use it in the bath.
