I have a weird stem that that has a smaller ID at the surface and about 1inch deep the ID suddenly becomes about 2x larger.I've been riding with it for about 1,000 miles so far. Little to no vibrations and absolutely NO fear of my phone dropping/coming loose.That being said, because of my weird fitting, it fits a tad loose. I can move it with my hand with little force or by just twisting my phone into a locking position. However, as long as you apply counter-force when locking the phone it wont twist. For whatever reason, this doesnt seem to affect its performance when I'm riding.I do however need to re-tighten the center bolt every 4-ish days due to all of the locking and unlocking of my phone (i commute between 40-80 miles a day).I blame the bikes weird stem more than i do the mount itself tho!!!!Great product!

It's overall a great mounting system. It's super easily to install, it has a very strong hold (when mounted), and is easy to manipulate. I will say that getting the male end to connect to the female end is slightly difficult but manageable.

I really like Rokform products. However this really missed the mark for my Ninja 650. The speader assembly simply wouldn’t stay tight because the head tube hex nut is very shallow. I modified to a 6mm bolt and locknut because i wanted to continue to use my phone case.

**** UPDATE****After 2 years of having case it is amazing the case alone will not move when I use it on the gas tank, it doesn’t scratch up the tank either! I have the mount and now waiting for the vibration dampener for the mount to try out! The reason I preferred this system over the quadlock is bc of the case, I don’t just ride around on the motorcycle but also do a lot of off-roading in our jeep and even rock climbing and this system has proven itself time and time again by allowing my phone to stay in place visible to me and not be sliding around hitting the floor or falling out of the jeep while rock climbing. Even when driving and I feel like popcorn popping in the jeep my phone has stayed in place. I recommend this case to anyone who is tired of loosing there phone or having to stop in the middle of the road or mud hole to get this!

I had a different rokform mount never had a problem. Went on first ride with this rokform installed and it fell off on the interstate. Lost my phone. Do not recommend

Had to upgrade phones recently and figured I'd finally go ahead and purchase this stem mount to match my new Rokform case (had a Rokform case on my previous Galaxy Note 10+ and loved it). I've been leary about using a stem mount after reading numerous conflicting reviews between "Verified Buyers" and "Sponsored Reviews" on various products but figured I'd take the chance with Rokform based on my previous experience with their cases. Everything came nice and neatly packaged as I've come to expect from Rokform with a nice "Thank You" card. The mount feels sturdy and comes with TWO sets of adapters for various stem diameters as well as a tool to tighten the mount and a lanyard that attaches a Rokform case to the mount or the motorcycle itself. Assembly was quick and easy HOWEVER once I went to attach my phone's (Galaxy S22 Ultra) case to the mount I noticed it didn't lock as smoothly as I had expected. Not sure if it's because my phone/case/mount are all new that there's some wear/clearancing issues but the fit was tighter than expected (TWSS/TWHS) which left some grooves in my brand new case and made the fit between the middle magnet and case more loose than before.
