Es un gran producto, lo he comprado varias veces, sin embargo la última vez no me lo enviaron correctamente y me enviaron un producto que no era el correcto.

This is a fantastic product. I have irritable bowel syndrome with constipation and Mobility problems. I was in serious trouble before I found this. I take a lot of magnesium at bedtime so I don't use it for that. I take it at 7:00 in the morning and in 2 or 3 hours it softens what's left over. If you have irritable syndrome you know you are never completely emptied out. This is so gentle. You have no diarrhea and very little gas. Try it what have you got to lose

Reduziu bastante a incidência de cãibras em meus treinos de ciclismo (endurance + de 3h de duração). Recomendo!

Me parece buen producto, sin embargo en el pasado ya había tomado este suplemento pero de otra marca que me pareció funcionaba mejor, es decir, cuando dormía, descansaba mejor, me podía hacer dormir 8 hrs seguidas, con este, despierto como a las 6 hrs y durante el día ando adormilado, pienso que quizá este un poco rebajado...

I usually like to keep a bottle with me at all times, and I used to use it daily but I find it works best after a heavy meal. It keeps me regular and I try and remember to always take it when I get home from a party or when I went out with friends. It has also helped increase my mental clarity and boost my energy.
