Overall, the bar is quite good. It smells good, and it works well on thin and thick hair. The only bad side is that it is quite expensive for the size.

EDIT! THIS LASTED ME 4 MONTHS with lower back length hair! TLDR: buy this.. it's perfect. Bought Frizz Wrangler Guys...listen to me...this is the single most amazing shampoo bar I've ever used. Ever. It's perfect. I have hair down to my lower back and all I need is three swipes on the top of my head, two underneath on the back of my head, then I use what's already on my hands for the length. It super suds! You shouldn't swipe this bar all over your hair because that is a waste. Just a couple passes on your scalp then pull it down. That's what makes it last so long. The most important thing about this is this is not soap! And it shouldn't be. Putting actual soap on your hair completely strips your hair of every ounce of moisture. This shampoo bar is so good I've even gone without conditioner with it sometimes to conserve it. But here is the best part. You know when we with long hair are in the shower...how gobbs of hair comes out and either hits the drain, gets stuck all over, hair falling out everywhere kinda thing? Mine is severe. I'm losing my hair bad. I have seriously seen a positive difference after using this shampoo bar as long as I have! I pull out less hair every single shower! My hair is so healthy, shiny, and soft that when I went to get a trim I was asked if I'd been trimmed lately since I had very healthy ends! I hadnt cut my hair in a year. Just wow! Ima try St. Clemens next.

I'm not one to normally write reviews, but this product is fantastic. I have fine, curly, and frizzy hair, and I cannot believe how soft, smooth, and not frizzy my hair is even just after one use. I was skeptical about trying shampoo bars and am so glad I did. It did not dry my hair out or make it feel greasy, just clean, soft and manageable. Great product, will definitely be buying again .

I was so excited to try this shampoo after reading the reviews and doing loads of research. I was worried that it was too good to be true, but it is indeed as good, if not better than everyone says. I got the frizz ease bar and it is amazing. My hair is so much less frizzy in the humid climate, I live 6 blocks from the ocean. I also have noticed significantly less hairloss during my showers and on my hair brushes. I was amazed at that! It lathers so well too. I used more swipes down my hair than some say, I do 3 on top of my head, and then one under around my neck, and 1-2 down the length of my hair. My hair is down to my lower back though so I need a bit more. My husband even started using it and loves it too! He used to use head and shoulders and actually prefers this to manage his dandruff and it doesn't make his scalp itchy after one day without a shower like H&S used to. I can not say enough good things about this shampoo bar. Compostable packaging, no plastic waste, wonderful smells, and amazing results. I am sold for life! I would definitely recommend pairing with the conditioner bar. When I first washed with the shampoo bar it made my hair feel kinda weird, not quite sticky, but as soon as I did the conditioner bar that feeling was completely gone. My hair looks amazing without any product when it dries and I will be continuing to buy this product for the foreseeable future!
