Awesome trampoline! Very impressed by the quality and durability. The instructions on how to assemble it was very clear and simple. The size and shape is perfect and it offers lots of room for the kids to play! The price is also great and I would definitely recommend buying it.

UPDATE:We finally received the part that was missing in the initial shipment. As we put the whole thing together we realized much of the top beam bars are bent in some way. Then we started putting on the mats over the springs — they don’t fit. I measured them — they are all off by 3ish inches, and are all supposed to be the same size.Then we started jumping — we realized that the F1 and F2 bars — the support beams for the legs, sit way to high underneath the trampoline. The legs cut across the corners of the tramp, with a support beam. Jumper’s feet will hit that support beam with not much force, a legit safety issue. Not only were the instructions completely wrong about how to assemble these (we had to get an answer from them on this too)… but they are going to hurt someone.Ahhhh!! Returning this is going to be a doozy — we spent 10 hours putting the punk together.DON’T BUY THIS!!!——Ahhh we received this trampoline and started putting it together ASAP. It was shipped in 4 boxes (or maybe 5). As we unboxed everything and I started lining things up, we realized we were missing a bar.The instructions were rough — so bad. Two different models, with different instructions, back to back page-by-page. Very unhelpful directions. One bar of each type is labeled, everything else you have to deduct where it goes. Then — a missing piece 🤦‍♂️We keep looking through everything and discover that the instructions say to connect to bars that do not have any holes to connect with.Reached out to customer service asap. No answer. Email, no answer for two days. My spouse then calls, they tell her to send an email. Few days, she emails again. Response, an unhelpful one. They say they will have someone look at how to connect the bars that were not connectable. Still didn’t ship the missing piece.I think we are 10 days out from when we received it, with no plan in place and not much help. There is no way we can use the trampoline with that missing bar.🌋

Missing pieces. No way to get in contact with customer service, number is out of order. No email response. Instructions are worse than IKEA. NOT WORHT IT!
