Seem to work okay
These packets seem be doing the job. I am using them inside a filament dry box for my 3D Printer. I dried them for the first time in the month they been in the box. Dried quickly in the microwave. Will see how much they absorb after being dried, but so far so good.

It does the job keeping my photography gear dry but on the third time of microwaving the side of the bag melted and all he beads fell out.

It does what it says it does
Absorbs water beautifully. I have not had to dry any out yet, so can't comment on their durability for re-use, but when I do , I'll update here.
