I want to run the 7502 indoors from a 12vdc switching power supply. what amperage supply do i need?

You would want at least a 35amp 13.8vdc power supply. It uses a 30amp fuse.

What size power cables to use? what is rem? anyone have a wiring diagram? got mine today with no instructions, just a bunch of specs.

I drive a Chrysler Pacifica and I ran 8ga power wire on a toggle switch, it Bangs my one 12in 800w blaupunkt
It's wired on the brigde setting gain is at 95% ran with a Boss double din 85x4. It does get warm quickly but I have never had an issue with this amp.

I have a one 10 in Rockford 250rms(500 watt max). Will this amp push it without blowing it?

It will drive it fine. It has adjustments on it to change the output. I have an Audio Control LC7i with a ACR1 bass control knob and that really helps to keep it from overdriving. You want an amp that can put out more power than the sub will handle so you don't have to drive the amp as hard to get the desired level.

Will this power a couple rockville 600 rms watt each 12" subs in a sealed box?

Sorry, Robert, your answer is totally incorrect. This amp will power 2 Rockville subwoofers just fine. The amp is rated at 750 watts MAX, meaning it would only put that much power out if you had the volume cranked to max and the gain control on the amp set to max. The 600W speakers will take 600W of input (theoretically) before their voice coils lock up and they become paper weights. The speakers will play with just a single watt of audio input, you don't have to try to put 600W to each one. So, an amp rated at 750W will play 2 speakers rated at 600W just fine. As for the sound quality? Who knows, that depends on the quality of the audio being sent to the amp from your stereo, equalizer, crossovers, etc...
