Does the fireplace come with everything needed to install it?

These are just the doors for your existing Heatilator fireplace. It does come with everything to install them onto the proper fireplace, but you need to make sure they are designed for your fireplace first.

I have a heatilatro e36. the width of the opening is 36" and the height is roughly 20.5. will thses doors fit. are they the proper door for this unit?

They should fit fine. Those are the same dimensions as our fireplace and these doors fit perfectly.

Does this include the frame?

Does not include frame. Fits into Heatilator fireplace with pre-drilled holes. No frame needed. Mine fit perfectly and was installed with just a couple minor adjustments that are easy to make.
