on the navy will it take till july 21 to get them ?

I received the slippers in about 3 days. LOVE THEM!!!

Are the bottoms bendable or non-bendable?

The bottoms are non-bendable. The slippers are warm and comfortable though.

Came in a brown envelope. Love them!

Can i waer it outside to work?

I do not recommend wearing them outside to work. Unless it is simple work projects you are doing on pavement or in your garage, not in the yard.
