What I expected
Overall what I wanted and thought I was getting. My daughter's name is 7 letters long so I would probably go with a longer stool instead so that the letter's weren't as small. Someone else's review is correct that it's primary colors and not the pastels in the picture.

Good Product, Misleading Picture
3 stars because it's a strong product and well made, also arrived on time. Didn't give it any more than that because the picture is very misleading... both of the pictures are pastel lettering, but the colors on this product are actually primary colors. They do not offer to replace the letters for free, nor are they very apologetic about it. They also did not get back to me in a very timely fashion. Their customer service definitely leaves something to be desired.

Primary Step-Stool and Ababy Get Rave Reviews
I bought this for my grand daughter. Her parents and she loved it because of the sturdy construction and the quality of the product, plus it was personalized. I also was impressed by Ababy. The fact that I received e-mails regarding shipping delays due to hurricane Sandy, followed by their prompt attention to my order so soon after the storm was greatly appreciated. Our second grandchild is due in February and we will be ordering another step stool.

Very happy with the product.
A very nice, high quality product. I didn't see the note when ordering about providing my son's name in the box provided and had to email the seller after placing the order. I got a prompt reply and peace of mind that it would come out right. It was a purchase for my son's first birthday and I expect it to be around a long time. Great product.

adorable step stool
Beautifully constructed and nice, whimsical lettering. My granddaughter loves it. Comes packaged with the legs unattached, but you just screw them into the base.
