Great little centrifuge
The centrifuge was packaged well with no damage . I'm using this centrifuge with centrifuge tubes I also bought at Amazon. I have used it for three weeks with no problems. The timer and interlocking lid work as they should. It is a good choice for a tabletop centrifuge at a reasonable price point. It is quiet when running and the timer bell alerts you to the end of the centrifuge cycle.

Good centrifuge.
As a mobile phlebotomist, I like using this product. I think the fanny sound coming from the machine is discreet enough so not so sound proof apartments are ok to run incase I came back home late. Works just as fine and when compared to other machines I used, it's definitely less noisy.

Great centrifuge!
If you need an inexpensive centrifuge for home schooling or hobbies, this is a great buy. It is well made and runs quietly. Various inserts allow the use of several standard size tubes and the speed (3300 rpm) is appropriate for clinical specimens.

220 Voltage
I purchased the Champion unit just the other day from Amazon to use for a number of presentations. I took it to my first presentation yesterday and when it was time to use the centrifuge, I inserted the tubes and turned the power on, to my shock and dismay the unit didn't power on. I checked the outlet, I tried a few different outlets, to no avail, it simply didn't work. Needles to say, without my centrifuge, my presentation was pretty much an embarrassment and a disaster. After the presentation, I took another look and noticed that on the bottom of the centrifuge there was a sticker that stated 220 voltage?! I was absolutely horrified and more so extremely upset that the unit was a 220 voltage! - obviously the reason why it didn't work - the product description states clearly that it is a *110v*. So, if you plan on purchasing a centrifuge that you would like to use in the United States, I suggest you look someplace else. FYI, I purchased the unit directly from Amazon and not a third-part seller.

Good looking and functional CFG for light lab work
This model is better than the Hamilton ones we had. It may ave a stronger shaft, so it does not go out of allignment and wobble.

Spin is good for PRP, suction cups suck
The spin is fine, I just can’t get the suction cups to stick. The machine just slides all over the place no matter the surface. Does anyone have any suggestions? I even dampen the cup. Still nothing.
