Along with diet changes, I took 2 Cholestoffs a day at the heaviest meal, and 1 of these a night along with my high blood pressure meal. There were no significant exercise changes since I have limited mobility . I paper-filtered my black coffee in place of drinking espressos or lattes. 2 pills one in the morning one in the evening before bed and your cholesterol should go down. These station are better absorbed and fill any lack as they are q mix of natural red rice yeast, batting and Q10. They are more expensive than others, but they are top 20 in terms of efficacity and safety. That is for 1 month.
