I have been purchasing Bed Buddy Heating Pads for a number of years. I work in an office, on a computer and phone 8 to 10 hours a day. My neck and shoulder muscles hurt by end of day; using the Bed Buddy heat pad provides perfect relief. Also will use on my lower back, anywhere the muscles are sore. I highly recommend this wonderful product. Heat retention is doctor's recommended 20 minutes, reasonably priced, durable, molds nicely to your neck and other areas - comfortable.

Not as effective as the earlier version with the non-bisected chamber. But it works.

Wow, 5 stars for first usage by both of us, heats well, also retains the heat well and is so nice and soft on a painful neck, we used to use a well known product before this purchase but this Bed Buddy has put that companies product to shame. We really like this product, so thank you for such a wonderful heating pad, love also its wrap around ability.

This wrap can useful for neck, shoulder...this is my second time buying it. Because buy double is better price.
