Shimano SH Cleat Speed-Sl Float Spre Spares

I bought these "1° float" cycling cleats to replace my 6° float cleats. I'm a lifetime cyclist and the upgrade, or I guess you'd say the change was very beneficial. As you can imagine I feel more locked in on my pedals. Good product works as one would expect.

Very happy with these cleats. I was hesitant to move from yellow to blue but after reviewing my pedal dynamics in my Garmin Connect, I just couldn't dial in my pedal center because the float of the yellow pedals was just too much. These pedals really dialed in my Platform Center Offset to +1mm left and right respectively without changing my cleat position. For the money, totally worth the investment.

Started with yellow coded cleats but switched to these after gained confidence using this type of cleat. Quite easy to install on road cycling shoes. Exercise caution with position of cleat on shoe, if not adjusted to fit your individual cycling motions, could experience muscle fatigue in foot or knees. Made of plastic so keep spare set handy since "plant" foot cleat wears out much faster. Cleats come as set. There are 3 different sets available - only difference is amount of float cleat has in clipless pedal, yellow has most float, blue less float, red has no float.

These are the real deal. Actual Shimano cleats at this price. I almost didn't believe it. I ordered a pair to try them out. They were the real thing. The reason is that the ones you see for sale in the store in the pretty clear package are the retail model. These are in a brown Shimano box, which are the wholesale version, sold and/or given to bike companies, race teams, etc. I was so impressed, I purchased a second pair immediately after receiving these. My Dura Ace pedals came with the blue cleats and I've been using them ever since.
