Game changer
Game changer Learned of these through similar sources as other ppl. Make sure to take these with a good food source containing myrosinase. Broccoli sprouts are loaded with the sulforophane precursor AND myrosinase. This product contains only the precursor. I purchased mustard seed on Amazon with this purchase and simply experiment with different amounts. Obviously nothing unhealthy about the mustard seed and its got the myrosinase. Definitely a noticeable reduction in stress where the jaw clenching irritability that would have gripped me before just kinda passes on by. I can actually understand the way Rhonda describes drinking a broccoli sprout loaded smoothie giving her a kind of high. Resiliency up, immunity up, detox up, rdy for the day! It's amazing how much we don't appreciate that our bodies are constantly fighting pathogens in everything we breathe, eat, touch, etc until it's all banged and bruised and riddled with disorder. We gotta loooove helping the process and making our bodies well. As Rhonda points out, utilizing sulforophane (and other cruciferous vegetables), intermittent fasting, sauna (+cold if ur feeling rdy), and ur favorite way of moving the body, yoga, or strength training (aka "exercise") is some pretty good and tested ways of keeping the body strong and healthy.

Thorne again with a quality product
I have no fear that Thorne has quality products, I started taking this daily and it brought me out of a slump. I was dealing with depression and this product worked so well even without myrosinase. So if you take this take it with Wasabi or something with myrosinase to boost the sulforaphane your body can absorb. The price is high, but that's what you pay when purchasing a quality product. I can't talk down this product, but due to price and inconvenience of no myrosinase, I've changed to Avmacol, but I can't talk down this product I take many other Thorne products, always a high recommendation.
