I would buy them again. They're a little pricey but definitely help when I have a hard workout to replenish my fluids. Also let me kids try them when they had a stomach bug and although they weren't crazy about the flavor, it definitely helped them feel better.

Delicious and hydrating. Highly recommend! The serving size mentions one packet for about on 8fl oz of water, but I prefer to dilute it in a 24fl oz bottle of water and refill it part way to dilute it further. This is just a personal preference. I always forget it's sparkling so the beverage is fizzy as it dissolves. Depending on your water bottle this might cause pressure to build up and water to come flying out the spout when you unlock it. I suggest slightly loosening the water bottle to alleviate said pressure. After the first few sips, you should be fine. I plan to keep ordering this throughout the summer. Super easy to pack and travel with, too!

It quickly restores hydration without the excessive sugar content found in other brands. The taste is tolerable and the convenient packaging is a plus. While it does the job well, I wished the flavor options were more diverse. Nonetheless, a reliable four-star choice for efficient rehydration.

Hydralyte works great added to cold water or even a cold fizzy beverage in hot weather!

Good for the price! Not a bad flavor but seems kind of bland and the slight carbonation is weird! Also, the pack was supposed to come with ten sticks of each flavor and this one has ten stick of the lemon flavor and 20 sticks of the strawberry lemonade. No orange to be seen.

These are the nastiest tasting hydration packets I’ve ever had. They make the water taste like flavored chalk. I even dissolve my packets in hot water - then put them in my water container - and they taste like chalky water. And they leave a really gross after taste. I will never purchase this item again.

I’m not entirely sure why but this products are just a bit salty to me but everyone else says they’re great. Better price than Liquid IV, just hope the flavors spectrum like IV is adopted by Hydralyte
