Not refund my money after I returned broke item
Still Im not recovered my money back from January till March now. By the way,I returned the item back Im really disappointed it were broken and missing items. NOT GOOD item and service. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Good product except for the plastic ring that holds the head of the fan
this fan is very good, the wind is strong, remote is working properly, the metal body seems durable except the plastic ring that holds the head of the fan, its really soft and flimsy and it feels like its going to break quickly.
