Great for homemade guac
I had never purchased tofu prior to buying this, wanting to put it in my homemade guacamole so I got some protein. What a great decision! I couldn’t even taste it, making my fabulous tasting guacamole so much better for me!

Stay away from Ann Arbor
My daughter went to U of M and now she buys tofu online. Not sure if she likes it or was brainwashed to like it. But she buys a lot of tofu now as a substitute for meats. If you’re from Ann Arbor, you will like this.
