Very low quality
The chair is flimsy, wobbly and overall low quality. We will not be able to use it in our salon. The hydraulic won’t lift a 180lb adult!

its ok ?
the chair is nice but the footrest seems short and the chair does not go up very high AT ALL......that is a problem, yes, it was inexpensive but you get what you pay for. if you are a short stylist with short clients then all is well, I am not !

Tried to put together and the holes where not aligned. Have been trying for 2 weeks now to get a replacement that will work. Haven't heard back after trying twice. 1st time was told they where going to ship it. The second time was told they where going to check, but still haven't heard back.

Engineering Mistake!
We just bought this chair and must solve the balance issue before it can be in our salon. The upper, chair part is fine, but the base is an absolute design mistake! The first day a customer almost tipped over in it. How is that possible with a 22" base? Because the base is not like any that we've had in 20 years in an 11-station salon. Most bases are round disks that only make contact with the floor on the outer edge. This base has ten adjustable rubber legs that can NOT be leveled with each other without an engineering degree as they set on a 5-leg, starfish-like pattern that DOES NOT line up with each other, i.e. can not put a straight edge across any four at one time. Even if you could get then level, they would NOT stay as any slight rocking would slowly cause them to unscrew themselves. Because the base is not able to be leveled to any acceptable degree, the wobble causes the stylist to try and cut a moving target. Not exactly an ideal situation to have a happy customer. My husband is currently trying to figure out how to level the base, maybe by removing the ten adjustable legs and replacing them with a piece of ½"plywood that would turn the base into a single unit with more contact with the floor and mat.Because of the cheap price and the shipping cost to return, we're still debating if it is worth the trouble. It is possible the chair might fit the bases of some of our older units. We have not yet checked. If it does,we may keep the top and toss the base.I WOULD NOT BUY THIS UNIT AGAIN!!!
