They work great- I usually can avoid getting sick if I start taking these immediately
This has always worked great for me- if I think I could be coming down it’s something, I start taking them immediately, and I usually avoid getting sick. I always travel with them now and will even take them preventatively, if I’m going somewhere with a lot of people.

Pellargonium is GREAT for lung/immune issues

Not sure it helped
My son has been sick this year due to the school season. We got this during a viral outbreak. We didn’t see any significant improvement in his viral infection until it ran its course.
