Replacement Transmitter for Atwood/Lance Jack Control Models MPD 85439 and MPD 85496

First one defective, but product support very helpful and rushed a new replacement. Replacement worked like a charm, very happy with customer service!

Worked perfect

After six weeks this remote started falling apart. The front face feels like paper which was glued onto the front. The glued on front of it failed, and it started to curl. I had this remote stored in my camper when not in use. I've contacted the business via email. Still waiting for a response. I'll update this review if/when they contact me. I wouldn't recommend it. Very cheaply made. Update: December 9, 2016 I did receive a replacement for GAMA Electronics, Inc. After a couple of emails (see below) back and forth with attached photos of the falling apart remote, I just got a replacement remote in the mail today. I do have to say GAMA Electronics do stand behind their products. I was impressed with their customer service. In one of the emails after they viewed the photographs, he stated it looked like the remote got wet. The remote did not get wet, I had it handing in my truck camper when it was not in use and no water was introduced on the remote. It felt like the glue holding the face plate on came undone. After about 4 weeks hanging in my truck camper, I went to use it for a trip. The front face piece is peeling off and none of the buttons work. I've attached photos. Put the 9 volt battery into the transmitter, turned on the receiver in the camper and it worked as it should.

Don’t waste your money or time! It doesn’t work!

Work edvad advertised. Put in batteries and it raised and lowered my jacks without having to mess with micro switches to change frequently.

I purchased a used Lance camper with Atwood electric jacks. The seller told me it was weird, but the transmitter only worked if you held it close to your chin. He was right, but it also worked if you put a hand over it. Also, the jacks worked slow, especially when raising or lowering all four jacks at once. The jacks also kept going for a few seconds after releasing the buttons. ALL of these problems went away with the new transmitter. If you are having problems with your jacks, it may be worth looking into a new transmitter. Good luck!

There’s no instructions and it doesn’t work as I can’t even turn it on I emailed their help line and got past off to another party who I can’t contact for accurate information

I'd lost my controller and ordered this one. It didn't work at all for my atwood jacks. Item was returned...thankfully I've since found my old one.
