Poorly packaged
The package was poorly protected, dented and full of crumbs from the previous owner. While the MacBook itself seems to be working properly, I was very disappointed with the condition it arrived in. I’ll leave a further review later.

Bad charger
The MacBook is fine but I was very frustrated when it quit charging. At first I thought it was the charging port. I contacted the seller to see if they would fix it, but they said because it was past it’s warranty (less than a year) they couldn’t I anything. So before I spent the money to fix that, thought I’d try the charger first. Come to find out, the charger that came with the MacBook wasn’t even an Apple charger, it was a cheap off brand one. We paid $1000 for a refurbished MacBook and wasn’t even given an Apple charger, but a crap one. Bought an Apple charger ($80 later) and it charges again.
