have to be honest , I have never taken these consistently for more than a week and never felt any immediate benefit. I've noticed I find they give a bit of an energy boost and also make it quite hard to get to sleep when I do take them. other than that , they came well packaged , quality ingredients as always from iHerb

These are FAKE. First of all the label shown in the picture and the label on the bottle I got DON'T match. Also this IS NOT Black Maca . It's just regular Maca powder .Black maca capsules are supposed to be Brown in color and bigger. The capsule I got were tan . I cut open one of them and it DIDN'T mix with the drink I poured it in.
