Stopped working
I really love this milk frother. It whips up my matcha latte super fast and the frothiness of the milk gets really thick and creamy. Unfortunately I have two complaints. While it was working, trying to switch from the whisk to the frother.. it wouldn’t work for me. The whisk continuously became stuck in side the machine and I had to use pliers to pull it out. After trying maybe three or four times I decided I’d only use this with the frother attachment since that’s what I mostly wanted it for. Then about 2 weeks ago it wouldn’t turn on. I changed the batteries and still nothing. I left it for a few days and eventually it came back on. Then just 2 days ago I went to froth my milk and it would not start at all. Again tried changing the batteries and it still would not work. I’m so bummed that it’s completely dead this fast.

Love this frother!
I’ve tried many frothers, but they didn’t have the power for my bulletproof coffee. This frother is the first one I am truly happy with. It does the job with ease. However, I use the whip instead of the frother wand. EDIT: Eight months later, and I wanted to add additional praise for this product. Dropped it a couple months ago, the lid broke off and things went flying. Put it back together and with a little pressure on the top while pushing button, it continued to work. Yesterday I managed to knock it into a bowl of water! Took it apart, let it drip dry, added new batteries and it’s still working! Wow! When I do manage to kill it, LOL, I will obviously order the same brand again.

Pros and cons
Sorry to start on the negative side but, I specifically decided to purchase this one over other, similar options because of the egg beater attachment that comes with it.. it doesn't work. I flung egg all over me and my kitchen when I tried to use it.. even in a bowl that is raised high on the sides! The frothing attachment works great, however! Now.. if you're wanting to try latte art, the cold foam is too light and airy to sink beneath the coffee so good luck with that. I couldn't make it work or just need more practice. But it is nice to have a cold foam added to my coffee in the mornings.

A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTY
I've had a few replacements, due to similar experiences other reviewer's found themselves in. They don't break, they're actually well made considering they get wet and users tend to run the motor into overload territory. Do that too often (bogging the motor to the point of stopping) and you'll have a dead motor that's never going to start up again. I've adjusted my technique to allow the motor to run without overheating. I understand, warranties are there for a reason and no company wants to lose money but customer satisfaction supersedes any warranty guidelines, with this company. It's no questions asked, only proof of purchase, the order # and a picture, if you're able to provide it. Oh, they also respond within hours of the inquiry, that's amazing to me. I've never been questioned, or denied a replacement. How many companies do you know, that still believe in Customer Care to this level? I work in the warranty field, so I think I have an insider's view that most never see. Only the good companies, toss their warranty limitations out the window, when they see a legit claim. Keep in mind, I've submitted a few times and they've been as prompt and professional as the first time I exercised the warranty clause. I hope that explains why I'd rather have this whisk, over any other brand, despite the current issue. I know they'll stand behind the product, no matter how long it takes to resolve this issue. That's why they have a lifetime customer.......GG UPDATE: GRUNEN WOLKEN, without any prompting whatsoever, sent out a second FREE whisk, right after we received the replacement. In case you're wondering, the whisk shipped BEFORE the review was posted. If that doesn't prove their intent to satisfy customers, nothing will! It's just a case of good ole' customer service and doing the right thing. UPDATE 1/5/23: We experienced a failure with our whisk and true to their word, they sent us a replacement in less than 24 hours! I have a history with this frother, GRUNEN WOLKEN (see above) and replacements. They've since done some tweaks with the motor--if I'm not mistaken--and this last model, hung in there for quite a while! I'm careful to keep it clean and not overwork the motor. Keep in mind, this is a handheld unit that runs on batteries, meaning it'll only turn so many rpm's before there's a battery drain, causing the motor to work overtime. I try to froth in such a way that doesn't burden the motor. That's a fancy way of saying I swapped out (rechargeable) batteries for stronger ones that'll improve power and longevity. So, we'll see if keeping the power up, helps with this new replacement, I'm betting it does. In the meantime, I'm grateful this company stands behind their product 100%. There's no being subjected to accusatory rhetoric or answering a thousand questions. All they want, is happy end users, so count me in. I hope this helped with your decision to purchase. You truly have nothing to lose, going with GRUNEN WOLKEN, they've proved that time and again........thanks for reviewing!

Great frother and trustworthy seller...
The first frother I ordered came from Amazon and did not work. I contacted the seller who was true to his word and sent me a replacement. The second one is perfect! It mixes and whips up great foam in my matcha tea. It is easy to clean, and I love the storage stand that came with it. Great purchase for a great price!

Garbage
Yes I have had this a couple year, but really have only given this minimal use, mainly in the colder months making occasional hot drinks. Have had to replace the batteries many times - far too many for the amount of use and now it doesn't work at all. I'm tired of companies losing integrity and just putting out garbage to make a buck.

Works Very Well! Exceptional Speed, and Long Battery Life. Power Button is Easy to Depress.
Works Very Well! Exceptional, Sustained Speed, and Long Battery Life. Power Button is Well Placed and Easy to Depress. I've tried 3 or 4 of these types of frothers over the years and this one is the best that I've personally used. I have severe arthritis and the power button is well placed and easy to engage. I've even tried the whisk attachment to whip eggs and that even works very well. I highly recommend it!

Struggles with the shallow fluiids
I've updated this after changing the batteries! Apparently, I had older batteries that I installed. This frother has good power and does froth our heavy whipping cream, but takes a bit longer than our previous one. This one uses batteries and seems to have longer life than the previous frother which had a rechargable battery; we had to recharge far too frequently on that other model. I like having a stand with my frother as well. It is less sturdy than our previous frother, but also less than half the cost of the previous one. For the price, this is excellent. Also, you have to hold the ON button in place the full time you are using it, which I don't like.
