My kids love this journal !! This is the 3rd time we're getting this journal and both my kids aske for them and joyfully do it daily. Simple for kids and very good information for parents.

I bought this to do with my 6-year-old and it has become my favorite part of our bedtime routine. I love how it helps my daughter open up about her day and starts conversations that we typically wouldn't have. My daughter lives by the first rule of fight club when it comes to school and life, so it's nice getting a little glimpse into her world completely facilitated by this journal.

I’m not a kid anymore. But I will use this to help sustain a daily life without depression. This is beautifully and effectively organized. I love this. It is thorough yet simple. With my background in neuroscience, I can tell you the content is good and reputable. Is not happy go lucky la la la land. And in my case, some skills and things I already know. But this is application!!! Praise God.

Purchased for my 8yo daughter. It is a nice end-of-day activity. Easy, fun, and flexible.

My kids love these journals - we have gone through several copies. I love that it is teaching them great skills.

I am so greatful to have these memories for my little. It has also been great practice for having them remember things from earlier in the day. It give us a time to talk about how they felt every day. We just ordered out next set because we almost gave our first one filled! ❤️

This is a great activity for kids! I wish I could get some for my whole class! It is designed with kids in mind and is so cute.
