Q-Snow Professional Snow Machine

Plugged it in and nothing happened! The people at Star Light made me feel like I broke it? I followed instructions and it judt did not work. I sent it back with the 3 bottles of snow fluid I also purchased and months went by before I finally got someone to give me my money back. They only reimbursed me for the machine and not the $100 plus I spent on snow fluid because they said they did not get it, even though I sent them together. They obviously misplaced the snow fluid return and they continue to refuse to reimburse me. I bought this product in July 2012 and I am still dealing with this. I get it that sometimes things don't work but this company did not handle this right. They wanted to blame me for everything that went wrong...the machine not working, the delay in reimbursement and them misplacing part of my return. I will never buy anything from StarLight.com again!
